Charlie

Charlie - Dulquer and Parvathy. Cool movie. Just apt for this gen. Music is very good. Excellent cinematography.
Parvathy and Dulquer have equal screen space. Everything and everyone else is a variable. All of them have done their roles very well. No overtones. Screenplay could have been tighter avoiding a couple of unwanted song sequences. Dulquer looks so handsome with a cute mannerism of his tongue-tip sticking out slightly to the right corner of his mouth especially when he's up to some mischief. Suits this role very well. Parvathy doesn't need dialogues. Her eyes act. Beautiful!

With boys of these days wanting to be “happy-go-lucky”, I know exactly Dulquer's role will be a super hit. The movie is all about "free-spiritedness" and "do-good-unto-others" in spite of having very little yourself. Resonates so well with new age kids who do not want to be tied to rules and traditions. Even older generation folks will yearn to be like a Charlie (Dulquer) or Tessa (Parvathy). Just that not many can afford that lifestyle! Do watch it!
